Who is The Mindful Champion for?

The Mindful Champion program is for athletes and teams from high school to professional levels. 

There are 5 specific types of athletes/teams I work with:

  1. 1) Athletes who experience anxiety before, during or after a game and it's taken away from the fun of playing and from their performance
  1. 2) Those who know there's a next level and want to hit it or those who already excel but want to hit flow state more often

  2. 3) Athletes who are hampered by injuries and just can't quite get back to peak form (including concussions)

  3. 4) Empathic athletes who pick up all the energy but have trouble setting it back down
  1. 5) Athletes who want a body that functions for the length of their career and long after they retire (applicable even if you're already retired)
